4400 sq. ft. Concrete block building. Building was constructed of buff colored split-faced block. A 156,000 gallon underground reinforced concrete clearwell connects to the building. Building houses a Reverse Osmosis unit, process piping, gas forced aerators, high service pumps, booster pumps, chemical feed equipment and a data acquisition system. The roof is made up of a pre-engineered wood truss system with Certainteed XT25 shingles. Vinyl gable siding is by the Rollex Corporation. Interior and exterior doors are hollow metal. Overhead door is by the Overhead Door Company. Parking lot and entrance road are asphalt. Electric unit heaters heat the building in the winter months.
