This building is a 8000 square foot Ceco pre-engineered steel building. It has 26 gauge Galvalume roof panels and 26 gauge Galvalume siding panels with Kynar paint finish. Interior partitions consist of steel studs and drywall. Ceiling is suspended acoustical tile. Garage area includes trench drains in floor with an oil separator. Office area is heated by a gas forced air furnace, while the garage area is heated by unit heaters. The building has two eave heights. The main office is at 12' while the garage area is at 20'. Overhead doors by The Overhead Door Company. Aluminum doors and windows are provided by Ceco as part of the building package.
