9060 square foot Varco-Pruden pre-engineered steel building. Clear span interior frames. 26 gauge Galvalume siding with Kynar paint finish. Roof panels are 24 gauge Galvalume with a standing seam. Windows are Traco aluminum windows. Exterior walk doors are hollow metal with a paint finish. Overhead doors are by the Overhead Door Company. Interior metal liner panel surrounds the garage area. Office build out is made up of steel studs, drywall and acoustical ceilings. Gas forced air furnace heats the office area while radiant heat tubes heat the garage. Trench drains are installed into the garage floor along with an oil separator.
