2970 square foot slab on grade office building with 700 square foot mezzanine area. Wood frame structure with brick veneer. Concrete siding with paint finish is installed at the Mezzanine level. Custom paint EFCO aluminum windows and entrance systems are installed throughout the project. 30 year fiberglass dimensional shingles are installed on the mezzanine roof while a EPDM roof is installed on the flat areas. Two gas forced air furnaces heat the building. All offices have their own thermostat for controlled heating and cooling. Front parking lot is concrete pavement while rear parking lot is asphalt.
