As construction managers, D.J. Sickley Construction is involved in the entire construction process from concept through construction completion. These services are intended to provide the owner with the most attractive and functional facility possible within budget constraints. This is achieved through the collaborative effort of the owner, architect, and Sickley Construction.
Construction management services can be provided on a flat fee or percentage of cost basis. Sickley Construction can act as both general contractor and construction manager on a cost not to exceed basis.
